Free delivery on every order

Every order ships free, with no minimum spend.

Where your order ships from

Our jackets are handcrafted in Sialkot, and your order ships from Pakistan.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery time

Your order will be delivered within 15 days. As soon as it ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. You will never be charged extra for this.

Customs and import fees

We pay any customs or import fees on UK orders. If a carrier asks you to pay a fee on delivery, keep the receipt and contact us, and we'll pay you back.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
