14-day returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, with tags attached, in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
- Email belmafashion.co@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
- Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Who pays for return postage?
- Our mistake: if we sent the wrong item, or the item is damaged or faulty, we pay for return postage.
- Any other return: if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you pay for return postage.
Wrong size?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help you with an exchange.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before your order ships.
